Abstract: In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird der Frage nachgegangen, inwieweit positive oder negative Emotionen einen Einfluss auf Entscheidungen innerhalb von Expertenteams aus dem Flughafenmanagement, aber auch Novizen haben. Eine Literaturrecherche zeigte, dass Uneinigkeit über die Wirkrichtung von positiven und negativen Emotionen auf Entscheidungen besteht und der Zusammenhang zwischen Emotionen und Entscheidungsprozessen noch nicht geklärt ist.
